Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our client – an american company with its SSC located in Prague – is looking for Accounts payable / Travel Expenses Accountant with Czech and English language.
Your new role
The successful candidate will be responsible for AP invoice and T&E claim processing as per local tax and accounting legislations, maintain accurate AP ledger records for the assigned entities, manage the month end closing and reconciliations of supplier’s accounts on monthly basis, perform and conclude various projects within P2P department including new system implementation, preparation of supporting documentation for responsible entities within AP team as well as daily communication with external/internal clients or support of internal and external audit.
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate should have at least 1 – 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable agenda, University Degree in Finance / Accounting and should be fluent in Czech and English. The knowledge of ERP system Oracle will be an advantage.
