Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master you will help our teams to develop and deliver our most challenging and important TV projects and products. You will monitor and control the scrum process and work within a team of developers to increase efficiency and timelines. Your job will be to make sure that projects are working smoothly and every team member has the necessary tools to get his/her job done on time.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo etc.
• Ensure the correct use of scrum process
• Support forecast of deliverables
• Expert in estimation and planning
• Shield his team from outside distractions and interferences
• Track and remove impediments
• Helps team to get the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint
• Acts as a safeguard for his team
