Job Description:
• Management, Administration and Upgrades of software, hardware, and networks
• Troubleshooting and repair of network components (LAN, WLAN), in particular Cisco
• Routing, Switching, Firewall Management, Network Security
• Analysis, Troubleshooting, Prevention and Resolution of operational issues
• System Documentation creation and actualization based on defined processes and procedures
• Active Monitoring of Network Components
• Regular internal communication and reporting based on a defined procedure
