Job description, responsibilities and duties

A successful recruiter will collaborate with Managing Partners of global offices as well as department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.

Main responsibilities:
Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles
Conduct initial screening of applicants profiles and provide first point of contact
Coordinate with Head Hunters and Recruiting firms for applicable positions
Browse resume databases and portfolio sites
Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates
Utilize professional networks and platforms to search for qualified candidates for hard to fill roles
Advertise open positions to external networks
Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances and industry professionals
Maintain organised databases with candidates’ data
Attend job fairs and organise career events
Use platforms to search for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles
Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels
Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role
Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques
Support of global recruiting initiative in local offices
Provide interview training for internal staff
