Sr. Planner for Supply Chain

• Create a MOS for all sites to successfully execute PFEP, materials pull strategy, VMI execution, and inventory reporting, ensuring sites all have entitlement and other related metrics.
• Define strategies for managing service level agreement time to market for MTO MTS and ETO products
• Review changes in the Net Demand Requirements / Supply Plan / DRP
• Work with production planning, sourcing and operations to Identify and address capacity constraints and reduce lead time
• Determine impacts change in demand as well as Push In's and Pull Out's of Planned & Firm Production orders
• Work with respective business teams
• Actively resolve issues with demand, capacity constraints and material availability
• Ensures effective and efficient utilization of SAP ERP system across SME through the implementation of best practice in support of the Honeywell Process Solutions Integrated Supply Chain's (ISC) goals and objectives.
• Own KPI's for material supply - Inventory,OTTP Entitlement, DOS, Planned to Req Conversion Aging, etc.
• Define the Vision & Driving Strategy for materials and inventory planning
• Ensures the correct master data settings are maintained in ERP systems in accordance with standard Honeywell policy
