Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Personal Luxury Lifestyle Manager to HNWIs (High Net Worth Individuals) you will be responsible for catering to the needs of only the wealthiest elite Clients who prefer a privileged and exclusive luxury lifestyle. You will be a part of unique Luxury Experts team and enjoy providing round-the-clock access to Insignia's full range of services every day of the year.

Key responsibilities:

Communicating with Clients, receiving Clients' requests
Working closely with Back Office Luxury Experts on the requests processing
Selling requests solutions to provide high-end luxury service directly to Clients
Building positive relationship with Clients
Searching and analyzing information in luxury lifestyle segment
Database maintenance and daily reporting

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

German - Proficiency (C2) und English - Proficiency (C2) und Russian - Proficiency (C2)

2 - 3 years of experience in lifestyle management, concierge, travel, luxury or VIP sales sector
Excellent written and spoken communications skills
Well-developed stress management skills
Good organizational skills
Good team player
Self-motivated and creative
Confident when using a computer and office equipment
Languages: Fluent German and English is must, Russian language is great plus
