Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Insignia Academy Internship Programme will offer current students and participants a unique opportunity to gain real world experience at one of our Global Headquarters in Bratislava. The intent of this programme is to develop the Luxury Lifestyle Managers and Customer Service Representatives of tomorrow. Interns will work directly with the senior leaders as well as participate in practical learning workshops.

As a Customer Service Representative Intern your training will cover the following:
