Information about the selection process

As a Personal Luxury Lifestyle Manager - Administration and Operation Manager you will be responsible for catering to the needs of only the wealthiest elite Client. We are looking for top talent that can handle anything thrown at them with ease. Also looking for self-sufficient candidate that operates on their own and can make decisions. Self starter and minimal supervision. Clerical work required like expense tracking and but most of the job is calendar management, travel and lifestyle skills. Some personal/family coordination necessary. Bilingual Italian/English (Greek and other languages will be an asset ). Able to problem solve, take care of VIP Investors and exercise independent judgement. Exercise discretion in all matters and be comfortable handling confidential information. Minimal travel.
You will be a part of unique Luxury Experts team in Bratislava/Milano and other Insignia Group of Companies offices.

- 3+ years of experience in lifestyle management, concierge, travel, luxury or VIP sales sector, personal/family lifestyle coordination
- Self-sufficient and minimal supervision
- Clerical work required - expense tracking, calendar management
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Well-developed stress management skills
- Good organizational skills
- Self-motivated and creative
- Exercise discretion in all matters and be comfortable handling confidential information
- Confident when using a computer and office equipment
- Languages: fluency in English and Italian is a must. Other languages are advantage
