Do you work on the agency side and are you keen to work as an in-house marketer? Or you might be in-house already, but it just doesn´t feel right as you lack synergy with the brand? Have you previously worked with retail clients and mastered consumer behavior on SK/CZ market? Do you have previous or current experience working for a retail chain? Do you enjoy executing media procurement and analysis of marketing communication channels? Then, you might be the one!
Our client, positively perceived retail brand, is searching for a candidate to take upon a role of:
MARKETING SPECIALIST for SK market
Your responsibilities:
- Analysis of current market situation: each store performance (15 units), communication activity of competitors, positioning, new media and creative approaches
- Development and optimization of local marketing activities (control of implementation, evaluation of cost efficiency in accordance with model positioning and main KPIs, ROI calculating)
- Strategic and tactic local planning based on results of marketing researches (Nielsen, GFK, Watcom, in-house research), competitors’ activity, market trends
- Preparation of new store opening campaigns (ATL, BTL, Promo, PR, POSM)
- Control of local marketing budget
- Development of local marketing strategy with research, creative, BTL and media agencies
- Analysis of planned local activities efficiency (local TV channels, print titles, radio stations, non-standard channels, digital, indoor media etc.)
- Analysis of quantitative and qualitative measures (projects’ KPI: ROI, store performance forecast, brand awareness, positioning etc.)
Our expectations:
- Previous long term experience in retail segment
- Overall marketing expertise
- Strong customer orientation
- Commercial approach (strategies, budget monitoring, agencies´ negotiations etc.)
- Slovak market understanding
- Excellent English, native Slovak is an advantage (native Slovak or Czech is a must)
- Self-driven personality with strong communication and negotiating skills
