Since 2011, LUKOIL Lubricants is also having its presence in Europe and in 2014, following the acquisition of OMV's lubricants business in Austria, relocated the European headquarters from Finland to Vienna. LUKOIL Lubricants Europe GmbH has two own lubricant plants in Austria and Finland and supplies the European market through 8 LUKOIL branches and an extensive dealer network in Northern, Central and Western Europe with a wide portfolio of finished lubricants, various other oil products and chemicals.

In 2019, LUKOIL Lubricants Europe GmbH employed more than 150 people at its 8 branches, of which around 80 were located in Vienna, and posted double-digit sales growth.
