I have a perfect opportunity in customer service. Whether you are experienced CSR or looking for a new start, this job is what you are looking for.


What will the job look like?

Don't worry about telesales or outgoing calls, this is strictly inbound service line.


What do you need to apply?

• Have communicative level of English (B2 and up)
• Be time flexible
• Have communication skills and friendly attitude

Nothing more, nothing complicated there. Do you have C1 English, previous customer care experience or some basic IT skills? Even better.

Q: Do I need to have previous experience in technical customer care or IT?
A: Nope; any of those is of course an advantage, but it is not a must-have. As long as you have solid English and are okay with shift work you are welcome here.

Q:Do you hire candidates from abroad?
A: Yes, this job does not require Czech and is open to all candidates within EU or with at least started immigration process in CZ, remote interview is not possible though.

Q: What does the shift scenario look like?
A: 8-hour long shifts, primarily focused on US working hours including night shifts. Based on the business need. Maximum 2 weekend shifts per month and all nicely compensated with increased hourly rate.
