A great opportunity to work in an IT industry with exposure to new technologies and international environment of IT Services and Engineering Solutions company. The company has a headquarter in Switzerland and operations in many EU countries and will welcome a new colleague.
Both permanent employment contract and IČO (trade license) are possible.

- Support new application releases, data extractions, migrations to MS365 and MS on-premise infrastructure, and major upgrades
- Diagnose problems and provide solution to them
- Actively using Microsoft technologies such as: MS365, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS SQL, etc.
- Provide support on service requests, including monitoring system performance and troubleshooting
- Communicate and cooperate with the IT Help Desk department
- Ensure compliance with security and compliance standards and continuous service improvement
- Contribute to the overall ITaaS portfolio
Profil kandidáta
- Over 5 years of experience working within IT
- ITIL certification is an advantage
- Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies including MS365, Active Directory, and MS Exchange
- IT project experience is an advantage, primarily with a focus on migrations to MS365 cloud or on MS based on-premise infrastructure
- Strong customer orientation and flexibility to work on various projects
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Willingness to learn new things
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
