Virtual Reality Education Specialist

• Management of virtual reality (VR) modules


• Management and roll out of full launch of coaching platform


• Support for Digital simulator


• Prepare and work on new digital simulation module launches in selected markets


• Creation, deployment and support of learning programs on various digital platforms


• Administrative work consisting of writing reports, assignments, troubleshooting reports and content creation

• Previous experience in service management excellence or customer service


• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)


• Strong user of IT – good understanding of virtual meeting techniques


• Fluent in English


• Sense of priority to handle tasks and deadlines


• Strong customer orientation

All these skills below will be taught upon employment, but previous experience is valued.

• Understanding of virtual reality


• Previous experience with Google Analytics


• Previous experience in website content creation
