* providing advice, guidance and support for all patent aspects on a global scale* responsibility for the product including development, in-licensing, litigation and launch* providing a clear and understandable explanation of complex patent and legal issues* contributing to the Patent team on a daily basis* providing clients with strategic advice, including risks and potential impact

We are looking for a Senior Patent Attorney for our client, international pharmaceutical company based in Prague.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

* law degree* fluent English* 8+ years of experience in law firm or in-house, preferably both* knowledge of other European language is an advantage* experience in the pharmaceutical/ life science field * experience in an international legal department * experience with multi-jurisdiction counseling* ability to make decisions under pressure
