• Conteptual and strategical HR management
• Active cooperation when defining HR strategies
• Innovation and development of HR department
• Cooperation with state institutions (Regional Labor Inspection, Regional Hygiene Station, Unemployment Office)
• Participation in audits of our providers
• Participation in audits of our clients
• Complex agenda of a substitute filling and employment of disabled pensioners
• Maintenance of a complex HR documentation
• Management of Fire Safety and Occupational Safety and Health team
• Cooperation with departments across our company
• HR consultancy for middle and high management
• Cooperation and HR supervision over foreign subsidiaries
• Active cooperation when defining HR strategies
