Data and Business Process Analyst

DAY IN LIFE

You will be responsible for providing insight and analytics of the EMEA Event Management Process on a regular basis based on the needs of the key stakeholders.


MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor the performance of the event management processes on regular basis thought reporting and data analytics
• Provide monthly and ad-hoc reports and updates to key stakeholders
• Analyze performance issues and provide feedback to the team when the processes are not working optimally
• Assist the leadership team with continuous improvement initiatives and provide reports for process monitoring
• Setup KPIs/ capacity models/dashboards for the teams and ensure their regular reporting and presentation
• Work with IT and other workstreams to gather necessary data for reporting
• Support the key stakeholders by investigating data sources, developing quires and building new reports based on the need
• Leverage existing and develop new automatized business solutions to decrease time and add value based on the customer requirements
• Work with the Reporting and Data Manager on the data integration with Tableu

MUST HAVES

• Minimum 2 years professional experience in data analytics is a must
• University degree and relevant experience in the field
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, and Visual Basic/macro automation
• Able to quickly learn new applications and tools
• High level of interpersonal skills to communicate effectively within a team and across decentralized, global organization
• Proven track record in data analytics and interpretation in a corporate and international environment
• Knowledge of Macros needed for automation of some of the operations
• Proficient in English. Another European language an asset


NICE TO HAVE

• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is a strong advantage
• Experience in healthcare industry is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of Tableau
