The French group GMD, a key partner in the automotive industry, is structured in 4 areas. The stamping division draws on the expertise of its design office and its 8 production sites strategically located near the factories of partner car manufacturers to offer technical and complex parts with high added value.

The Motokom Slovakia factory enjoys a favorable geographical location (70 km from the Stellantis Trnava factory, 90 km from VW Bratislava, 30 km from Audi Hungaria, 240 km from Kia Motors Slovakia).
In 2018 and 2019, 15 million euros were invested to support its growth with the assignment of new projects and the explosion of its monthly turnover from 500,000 euros to 2,500,000 euros.
Thus, the factory built an additional building of 4,500m2 for the stamping activity, renovated the existing building for the welding activity and installed new machines.
In 2023 there is new challenge, to continue the growth of the company and to invest another 15 million euros and to create more than 30 new jobs to meet the targets of new project for Stellantis Trnava.
