Job description, responsibilities and duties
Main Duties:
A general summary of the major activities and responsibilities (which represents the key tasks) of the jobholder. (A sample of day-to-day actions.)
• Creation of automated system reports to support HA Finance
• Consolidation of financial reports and planning
• Monitor, analyze and review transactions involving inventory, scrap, sales and expenses.
• Support and help continuously develop & improve Business Unit S&OP process
• Support during annual Planning Process
• On purpose support to Division Controller
• Compliance with US-GAAP & local statutory, Parker Policies, Sarbanes-Oxley & Parker’s Code of Ethics
• Support Excess & Obsolete Review within the Business Unit
Key Accountabilities
• Data integrity in any kind of report and deliverable, especially within S&OP
• Create, share und maintain automated system reports supporting the BU
• Support HTA Coordinator in routine financial activities

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
Czech - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• Bachelors degree in Accounting with focus on business informatics or Business Informatics
• Experience in Data Analytics, Corporate Reporting and Controlling
• SQL Databases, Dashboards (e.g. Power BI software), familar with automated accounting systems and ERP, spreadsheet applications and other office productivity software (especially JD Edwards and MS-Excel)
• Professional experience relevant to requirements of at least 2 years appreciated
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with and motivate others
• Be a team player in a team oriented setting
• Fluent in English
