Junior Customer Project Manager

Junior Customer Project Manager role is responsible for supporting Customer Project Manager in managing projects from inquiry to acceptance. Candidate should present project management skills. As an advantage medical environment knowledge connected with Diagnostic Imaging business will be an important plus. On a daily basis high level of communication skills will be valuable element to be successful on that position. Candidate to be placed in Romania to serve projects in local market. Expectation for this role is grow to become a fully operational Customer Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Is responsible during the presales phase to assess the customer site, agreeing project scope, project risk & timelines, technical project feasibility, pre-calculation of project cost
• Is responsible for verifying & agreeing the project objectives and formulating the project plan with all project stakeholders based on the contract
• Follows the PEPF and PMP CPM processes to initiate, plan, execute, close and monitor & control the project; Is responsible for driving compliancy to applicable regulations (Quality & Regulatory / Health & Safety ) by own organization, third parties and partners in the project •
• Defines the risks (project related), issues and changes of the project and develops scenarios to respond to these. •
• Manages internal & external resources, the project budget, communication to all stakeholders, planning, quality, customer acceptance, transition to service, project evaluation
