Job description, responsibilities and duties
Mission: The Field Service Engineer/Technician is the person in charge:
- Work base in Bratislava, heavy travel within SK, CZ, EU and World
- Test the solutions next to the customers;
- Perform and fulfil the validation procedures;
- Register the requirements of the customer during the F.A.T. and the S.A.T.;
- Install the solutions on the site of the customer;
- Train the customer operators on the site;
- Is constantly in interface with the customers on the field;
- Execute the F.A.T. procedures next to the customer according to the validation procedures;
- Draft all the quality documentation;
- Execute the testing procedures during the F.A.T. and the S.A.T.
