Accounts Receivable Specialist with English

For our client, the company, a major player in the global mobility industry, we are looking for suitable candidates for the position of Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Job description:

• Responsibility for collecting all payments
• Cooperation with clients from international companies
• Cooperation with Czech and Netherland accounting team
• Communicating with clients and customers to request and arrange payments
• Maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
• Recording and tracking invoices and payments
• Updating client accounts based on payment or contact information
• Creating periodic and ad hoc reports (AR, DSO, ADD), using Excel
• Continuous evaluation of current policies and recommendations for process improvements

Requirements:

• Experience with debt collection (minimum of 3 years)
• Fluency in English, the Dutch language would be a plus
• Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles
• Excellent computer skills (especially Excel)
• Experience with “EXACT” financial software would be a plus
• Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Not afraid to step out of your comfort zone
• Ability to work under stress
• Czech residence and work permit
