Job description, responsibilities and duties

Senior HR Administrator drives and ensures smooth run of the HR operations – administration, payroll, compliance and overall Employee Lifecycle. You will be the face of HR in multi-lingual fast-growing environment. Reporting to Country HR Manager, the role will provide HR Administration services and HR support to internal customers.

who we are looking for

-knowledge of Czech Labor Legal Environment & Statutory Compliance (tax, social security, garnishments, pension, benefits, terminations),
-experience in payroll,
-fluent in Czech & English,
-persistent/committed and able to work under time pressure,
-organized/ time-oriented, output-driven, able to set priorities,
-strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to internal customers at all levels.
