Are you experienced in accounting and invoices are your daily bread? Do you speak both - German and English? We have multilingual offices and we need new colleagues to join our financial team.

The AP - Invoice indexing associate supports the Accounts payable team. This role supports having systems, documentation, compliance, and reporting in place and supports continuous improvement projects to provide a highly effective and efficient end-to-end process.

The AP - Invoice indexing associate makes tactical use of strong document management, systems, and processes knowledge to proactively address any issues.

She/he proactively participates in initiatives aimed at improving operational deliverables, scope harmonization, and continuous improvement. This role requires a self-driven, resilient, and motivated individual with strong communication skills/ intellectual curiosity and knowledge of the document management process.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

German - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

-relevant years of relevant experience in document management and reporting,
-graduate or equivalent,
-native/fluent German and fluent English language skills,
-good communication skills,
-good knowledge of P2P processes and system solutions,
-SAP knowledge – recommended,
-strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel),
-ability to work effectively in a team involving multi-national representation.
