Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for seasoned candidate for our Swiss client with branch in Bratislava. for a long term cooperation. Are you expereinced in IT infrastructure services? Do you know ITIL processes and you want a new chalenge? Read on!

What will you do?

You will be accountable for day-to-day operations of all infrastructure services used or hosted by the site,
Acting as a SPoC to any and all infrastructure issues, as a local process manager for ITIL services.
Leading implementations of new technologies, preparing and adopting changes in a rapidly growing organization,
Managing the local Service Desk organization, introducing new applications to support business processes,
Working with local stake holders and global vendors to enable the business to effectively grow.
Preparing, maintaining and reporting applicable financial plans if needed. Ensured that all services were delivered according to agreed SLAs without major business disturbance.
