Dou you speak English and German language? Are you experienced in IT support? Would you like to work in friendly team in international company?

Your responsibilities
• First and second level technical support
• Communication with customers via E-mail/ Phone
• Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer and mobile devices
• End-users trainings
• Close cooperation with IT team

• MS office, Internet- user knowledge
