you don’t have any work experience or IT knowledge but you do speak English and French well? We are looking for you. Our client will teach you everything you’ll need. Salary of 27-35 000 CZK per month and joining bonus of 30 000 CZK is waiting for you.
Our client is an international company with a branch in Brno offering business consulting and IT services to clients from all over the world.

• communicate with clients primarily by email but also by phone
• deal with incoming requests
• redirect more complex requests to 2nd level of IT support
