Insurance business analyst

Hello Business Analysts,

I am searching for strong team player who will join the programmers to work on the insurance software. This is the great opportunity for those of you who like to grow up in the software house where people develop their own product.

You will analyse functional requirements of the developers, product owners, end users and other project teams from the Europe. And yes, you will have the chance to travel.

But it is much more interesting. You will also plan & carry out software configuration tasks, so your contribution to the SW development will be appreciable.

How much programmer do you need to be? Well, you need to understand software development life cycle, to read Javascript code, sometimes to define JSON and sometimes to find & fix the bugs in the software. But what do you need the most is to understand developers to communicate them the results of your business analysis and to assist them in design, development and testing activities.

The insurance platform supports all the business processes of the end users - the insurance companies. The team about 20 people you will join in Brno city centre focuses mainly on accounting module of the platform so you will get great insight in the processes of economics.

What skills do you need for the job?

• Experience in finance field (banking, accounting, insurance, … )
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
• Understanding of the software development process
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
• Passion for technology and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal)
• Proficient in English
• At least basic experience in programming languages ( C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, …)
• Experience in writing SQL queries
