Analytical adviser with Slovak and Hungarian

Responsibilities:

· Supporting customers for Hungary and Slovak market

· Communicate with the customers over email, telephone and social media

· Keep up knowledge of company products and customer service processes

· Pro-actively identify and address all areas that need improving in multichannel Customer Care communication chain

· Provide support to all team members with various projects

· Meet all applicable KPIs

· Escalate to Team Leader any item that falls outside of policy which is requested from any other department, team, or entity within the company

· Fulfil all request in timely manner

Qualifications:

· High School/University degree

· Experience during studies on similar role (internships, trainee programs etc.)

· Fluent ENGLISH, SLOVAK and HUNGARIAN language is a must

· Strong analytical thinking

· Quick learner with excellent problem solving and communication skills

· Customer oriented with a clear drive for results
