Are you interested in the field of Technical Sales but not in cold calls and being constantly on the phone? This role entails both email and phone communication with customers who have expressed interest in the products and sent a request for a quotation. This is a great opportunity to work in an international environment and gain valuable experience in Sales.

As a Sales Representative you will

• Answer requests for quotations, technical and commercial questions and negotiate opportunities
• Develop business in your territory by offering new products to your current customers and promoting the advantages of the products to prospective clients
• Collaborate on improvement projects, new product launches, marketing initiatives
• Support your customers and ensure transparent communication
• Explore new business opportunities to up and cross sell
• Improve customer retention through increased client satisfaction
• Prioritize sales activities combined with an efficient time management routine
• Continuously develop product and service portfolio knowledge
• Work closely with the Customer Center

English - Advanced (C1) or German - Upper intermediate (B2) or Italian - Upper intermediate (B2) or Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience – technical focus is preferred
• Very good level of English, second foreign language is an advantage - German, Spanish or Italian
• Good communicator towards customers
• Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
• Knowledge of Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamic Web is an advantage
• Candidate who does not need a work permit

You should be:
• Creative thinker, not just technically but also commercially
• Persistent and determined, since sales activities can be overwhelming
• Independent worker who can think for himself/herself and take initiatives
• Interested in technical sales
