Job description, responsibilities and duties

This is a great opportunity for a speaker of French who would like to use the language on a daily basis and get experience in order management. In this role you will provide aftermarket support to VIP customers. This role entails providing spare parts pricing, creating orders, chasing outstanding sales orders and communication with customers and different departments of the company including Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc.

Summary of main responsibilities:

- Provide customer support for pre-order activities (pricing, availability, quoting, technical specifications)
- Manage customer orders from placement to invoicing and customer expectations by providing information about delivery dates, status of the orders and potential issues
- Chase outstanding sales orders via purchasing, manufacturing and warehouse
- Communicate with the customers and relevant departments regarding orders and enquiries via email and phone

Personality requirements and skills

- Fluency in French and English (B2 or higher)
- Experience in a customer service role or a similar role
- Attention-to-detail, good communicator
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or Finance is an advantage
- Confident user of MS Office and experience with an ERP system, Oracle is preferred
