Do you speak excellent Serbian/Croatian and fluent English? Do you love travelling and interacting with customers who want to travel? Do you love not only to communicate with people via phone, but also doing paperwork? This position is perfect for a fresh graduate or an experienced professional who doesn’t mind going back into a junior role. The position is at the office situated in Brno, but after six months, it is possible to work partially from home.
Your tasks will be:
• Doing general flight reservation
• Providing information about the company products and services
• Helping passengers with check-in
• Managing accounts for the frequent flyers
• Supporting Travel Agencies
• Communicating via phone, chat, and email
