About the role:
The vision of the Enterprise Analytics organization is to revolutionize the creation and consumption of inspiring analytical insights. With the combination of analytical functions across the company into one central organization the Enterprise Analytics team is empowered to leverage cross-functional skills, dedicated business expertise and innovation use- cases across all areas. By this the team maximizes the impact of a central collaboration model and of working as really ONE team. In addition the Enterprise Analytics function delivers pre-defined services with a clear customer focus best leveraging given economies of scale.
You will be member of the HR Analytics team as part of the Financials & People cluster.

With your background in an HR / Shared Service / Controlling and/or analytics driven working environment, you will be responsible for the recurring operations domain of the HR Analytics team focusing on delivery, standardization and automation of regular analytical demand.

• Act as analytical owner for periodic analytical service delivery along a defined business operations plan
• Deliver automated but also manually created data insights to SAP-internal stakeholder in a professional way with high quality and according to agreed timelines
• Always be open and curious to search for new technical solution to standardize and optimize analytical capabilities, which means continuous analysis and implementation of automation options
• Manage and operate to safeguard measures, data updates and maintenance of existing technical solutions/assets for people related data and insights
• To operate in a results-driven and customer focused manner is one of your priorities
• Orchestrate and monitor analytical demand to proactively manage related conformance to requirements
• Bridge over business requirements into IT supported solutions and/ or centralized service delivery approaches
• In general: Fulfill a trusted advisor and consultancy role. Lead the simplification and standardization and continuously enhance the analytics landscape. Operate in a results-driven, agile and customer focused manner.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Work experience:
• Min. 2-3 years of professional experience in related area at SAP

Education and Qualification
• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or similar
• Experience in SAP Enterprise Analytics area and/or supporting functions like HR, shared services or Controlling is a clear advantage
• Affinity for data and reporting system driven working environment: “strong sense for numbers”
• A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel demonstrated through the ability to utilize advanced functionality, for example pivot tables, logical and statistical formulas, lookup and reference formulas.
• SAP BW, would be a plus
• Experience in the design and modelling of reporting concepts would be a plus
• Passionate to deliver high quality reports in time and with absolute data accuracy
• Customer focus and strong service attitude as a core value
• Passion to drive change - design thinker mentality with great motivation, flexibility and agility
• Effectiveness in problem-solving, results oriented, but focused on quality, pragmatic and hands-on person
• Team player attitude enjoying to work within an international team across all continents
• Fluent business English language skills is a must
