Civil Supervisor/Stavebný dozor

We are looking for an experienced civil supervisor, with good supervisory skills, who will be responsible for an assigned part of construction site in Mochovce, unit 3 and 4. Employee will supervise the civil works and equipment erection performed by contractors. The main aim of this role is to ensure all the work deliveries performed according to project´s plan, schedule, regulations, and to minimize or remove all the shortcomings on the assigned part of construction site.

Responsibilities and duties:
• To supervise civil works, plant parts and equipment erection;
• To work out detailed plans for the daily activities, based on the overall time schedule. To verify and update on a regular basis the actual progress of works against the project time schedule, notify the management in case of delay and suggest possible recovery actions;
• To check with Superintendents, Coordinators, QA/QC and Project Engineer that all documents, relevant to the Subcontractor scope of work, have been shared, arranging the correct management of the documentation;
• To check with draws that the erection quantities are the same of the foreseen quantities in the Order;
• To work with Planner in planning of activities, verifying subcontractor schedule, in tune with the contract, procedures, local regulation and Inspection Plan and Testing;
• To coordinate and control the delivery of construction materials to site and highlight criticalities and shortcomings. Check possible damages of supplies and verify that the supplies are complete;
• To ensure that all special activities have been identified and to verify that relevant personnel is skilled;
• To control that the Subcontractor respects the schedule, underlining to the Superintendents or Coordinator delay and/or lacks;
• To ensure that the non-conformity process is applied and to work with respective people responsible for managing and supervising acceptance tests;
• To check the respect of health, safety and environment laws.
• To ensure that realization of construction in the requested extent and quality, in accordance with the relevant technical and the legislative requirements and objectives of the project.
• Ensures and checks fulfilment of conditions resulted from COP with force to construction site facilities.
• Is responsible and ensures preparation of COP revision on the base of needs of Unit 3 and 4 construction in Mochovce NPP
• Ensures keeping of conditions of building permissions and other permissions set by state regulatory and supervision authorities.
• Monitors daily construction activities and their records.
• Ensures hand over of civil structures parts to technical operation for needs of testing and putting of nuclear installation into operation.
• Organizes preparation of basis documents for hand and take-over of construction site or its part and she participates at final building proceeding.
• Responsible for the fulfilment of decisions and regulations of regulatory authorities. He creates conditions for inspection activity of the regulatory authorities
• Responsible for managing and coordinating the interface between NI and CI part, to control all areas of construction site
• Checks that the conditions of clean installation and application of technical conditions valid for the construction
• Performs all activities according to superior’s order and request
