Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Understanding the functionality offered to clients boarded on processing platforms.
• Remediation between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
• Translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for the IT organization.
• Collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision, facilitating the communication with strong focus on delivering the results within agreed timeline.
• Clarifying requirements using various methods
• Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, abstracting up from low-level information to a general understanding.
• Creating and updating platform functional (not technical) documentation.
• Actively participating in implementation effort estimations process
• Participation in solution presentations to clients

Wage (gross)

2 200 EUR/monthStarting from 2 200.- € - Our final offer will depend on the seniority and expertise of the candidate

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

IT, Banking

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Economical or Technical field of study
• 3+ years of previous Product manager experience
• Very good technical thinking and financial expertise
• Proficiency experience with presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership and/or clients
• Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
• Interpersonal skills to influence and change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment
• Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• English language on upper-intermediate level + any other of following languages is advantage
