Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Senior CS analyst; Quote to Cash will be responsible for the technical delivery and solutions in the integration points during the quote to cash life cycle. This person must be both a functional and technical leader with sound knowledge and understanding of QtC (Quote-to-Cash) & Integration processes and sub-processes within SAP ERP. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP CS system design and configuration. As such, the role works both cross-functionally and globally to enable commercial channel performance (sales, revenue, cost) through the ongoing management and support of the CS process and its integration.
Responsibilities:
Strategic / Governance: The Senior CS analyst will participate and drive certain strategic / governance activities including but not limited to:Establish standard meetings to manage the execution elements of the position noted above
Constant review of current governance / process to ensure efficiency and focus on business needs (leverage A3 process to resolve issues)
Partner with the Application Architecture team and global process owner teams and act as internal consultant and functional lead for SAP CS
Translate and influence business and functional solution requirements in for integration in the area of Quote-to-Cash integration with internal and external systems.
Collaborate with representatives of other SAP functions and Front Office functions that integrate with SAP to ensure end to end process integration
Support the identification of opportunities to standardize processes and system configuration globally and ensure compliance across all implementation to these standards
Ensure CS/QTCs integration to internal as well as external are considered and addressed in a S/4 Hana environment
• Reporting: The Senior CS analyst will participate and drive certain reporting and metrics activities including but not limited to:Drive standards across CS and Quote to Cash integration to ensure alignment to expected SPX Flow standards
Document and standardize the global template for the QTC integration in CS and other related areas
• Managerial: The Senior CS analyst will participate and drive certain management activities including but not limited to:Cross Functional – most essential element is the strong communication with functional Sr. Managers / Manager / Employees on all

Responsibilities:
• Execution: The Senior CS analyst will participate and drive certain execution activities including but not limited to:Production Support – drive resolution of open I/C/R from a technical perspective; working with Director of Production support on escalations so that we can do root cause analysis and respond to business needs for integration
Projects – drive strong execution on key projects from a functional perspective ensuring that timelines, milestones and toll gates are met; own your portion of the project budget and ensure coming in on target or escalating if budgetary issues arise
Communication – ensure effective communication on cross-functional items within IT and communication to the business in partnership with Director level team members
Knowledge Base – Work with functional teams to ensure knowledge articles are being created to help streamline support of our integration with our quote to Cash and commercial internal and external systems.
Third Party – provide oversight of third parties that are conducting functional work within the SPX Flow estate

Personality requirements and skills

Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, Engineering, IT, Commerce or related field; or the recognized equivalent in work experience.
• Strong understanding of integration
• 10+ years of technical and functional experience CS and SD
• Customer Focus: Success in facilitation with business leaders, process owners, technical resources and IT leaders.
• Gaining Commitment / Communication: Ability to use influencing skills to bring individuals and groups to consensus agreements. Individual must be able to network and communicate using multiple means of communication techniques and skills across a broad range of cultures and languages.
• Coaching & Developing Others: Experience working in cross functional teams.
• Aligning Performance for Success: Experience with working in teams that have had to develop solutions that are aligned with overall functional strategy which include process design, delivery model, change management, cost and quality benchmarks, technology integration, and transition/implementation.
• Planning & Organizing – Experience in being able to manage coordinate activities in advance with details and strategy to support.
