The Digital Workplace Specialist based in Brno will work under the direction of the Director, IT Transformation & Service Enablement and will directly support the Digital Workplace program and key supporting initiatives by executing a variety of technical tasks and system administration. This role will require significant interactions with various stakeholders across the organization that include IT leadership, business team members, application/system owners, technical subject matter experts and external partners

Microsoft Office 365 Administration & Support
• Administration of overall tenant level configurations as required
• Administration of SharePoint (e.g. site provisioning, access management, add-in support, integration support, storage management, troubleshooting, case management with Microsoft, etc.)
• Facilitate and/or perform delivery of training for SharePoint site setup / maintenance, Office integration, Power Apps and Power Automate
Technical Assessment and Facilitation
• Research and gain an understanding of capabilities across Office 365 applications and evaluate technical considerations and dependencies for enablement efforts
• Evaluate business problems and conduct research and analysis to identify options and make technical solution recommendations
• Coordinate work with other technical SMEs and application/system owners to support delivery of key digital workplace enablement initiatives
• Facilitate technical engagement with third parties (e.g. assessments, implementations, etc.)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or the recognized equivalent in work experience
• 5+ years of experience in a related position in a corporate environment
• Microsoft certification(s) in Office 365 and related Windows platforms/applications are a plus
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and/or other scripting and automation technologies desirable
• Continuous improvement mindset, project experience beneficial
• High level of spoken and written English
