Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
• respond promptly and with accuracy to customer inquiries
• handle and resolve customer complaints
• obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• provide pricing and delivery information
• set up new customer accounts and manage customers accounts, follow up on customer interactions
• process orders, forms, applications and requests
• record details of inquiries, actions taken comments and complaints to keep system and contracts accurate
• record details of actions taken
• communicate and coordinate with internal departments
