Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Responsibility for the software development for exterior lighting electronic modules
• Thoroughly analyse and review the system and software requirements.
• Prepare / review the SW requirements specifications
• Prepare / review high level and detailed level SW design documents
• Design and programm SW code for embedded 8/32 bit microcontroller architectures in #C and/or Matlab/Simulink
• Design and run unit and integration test
• Conduct code and design reviews with the SW team (national / international)
• Meet project delivery milestones (SW releases) according the SW timing plan.
• Support the SW validation team (review of test specifications, issue solving, support test bench preparation)
• Communicate with an international and interdisciplinary engineering team
• Join vehicle test drives
• Support vehicle integration at our customers
• Design and build automated test scripts with different tools for unit and integration tests.
