Team leader for electronics project leaders

•Leading a group of 8-15 employees by example, demonstrating high performance culture and personal dedication with cooperation of others departments
•Managing positive atmosphere and cooperation it the team
•Resolving problems and conflicts
•Supporting evaluation of individual´s performance by giving appropriate feedback
•Report to the Electronics Manager and align with him technology, design strategy, resources
•Ensure that the local design team has sufficient number of resources and working tools, plan for future needs
•Keep track of the actual project progress and reporting to the senior department manager
•Plan and allocate his team to projects
•Review and approve the project effort estimations
•Closely cooperate with PD quality manager to monitor the project process compliance
•Define main KPI´s and monitor design process efficiency
•Support customer presentations
