We currently have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our company.
Reporting to the Head of Accounting Department, our new colleague will be responsible for:
1. Setup of purchase strategy, processes and rules according to VWFS standards
2. Ensuring the purchase of goods and services according to internal clients requirements
3. Management of vendors ‘relationship incl. Contracting
4. Review of services incl. turnover, spend and savings analysis
5. Organization and ensuring incoming and outgoing post
6. Internal car fleet
7. Supervision and organization of facility management incl. cleaning, security, services
8. Contract management for internal services
9. Planning and budgeting for the respective
