Your Role
This position is accountable for providing support and technical assistance to both, musicians and customers. The objective is to meet all of our customer’s needs in a timely, safe and cost effective way. You are responsible for all technical questions on Warwick that are related to the setup, installation, configuration and day-to-day operation of its products. This includes repair work on customers instruments and amps as well as developing new electrical solutions for new products.
You will also maintain test instruments for the endorsers, evaluating workarounds and testing solutions closely cooperating with the development department.
You acquire and maintain a broad understanding of the Warwick products from a technical and operational perspective as well as the development and implementation of Warwick specific technology, involving the connection of the foreign electrical components to the Warwick products.
You maintain the documentation about HIRO technical details, How-To’s , Known Errors and Workarounds to enable 1st line support and customer self-service.


Here are the primary responsibilities of what you would do:
- assemble, maintains and repairs of music equipment meeting our standards
- assesses customer needs and confirming service and product meets those needs
- checking in and out shop and rental equipment based on Warwick standards
- report significant quality and safety issues to the CEO
- assist with maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean, secure and safe work environment
- support team’s achievement of key goals through individual contribution

Requirements of the Technical Specialist position include but are not limited to:
- musical instrument maintenance and repair experience
- previous music equipment experience or equivalent preferred
- interest in working in a team environment committed to providing excellent sales and service experience while increasing sales through service
- strong attention to detail
- ability to maintain open and positive relations with employees and customers
- interest in developing own skills and knowledge
