Competitive salary, contract for 3 months with an option to extend!
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Answer phone calls, e-mails, and messages on social media and live chat channels from customers
Help customers with issues related to the service
Work shifts: morning 10:00-18:45, afternoon 14:15-23:00, weekends and bank holidays 12:00-18:00
Phone calls are inbound, no cold-calling
Suitable for people without experience
REQUIREMENTS
Good computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office
Ability to quickly identify customers’ problems and needs
Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively
A client-oriented approach, patience, and strong communication skills
Team players with the ability to work independently as well
Native Czech/Slovak and communicative level of English in both oral and written form
Flexible starting date upon agreement.
