Sales manager - Agriculture

Monitors customer needs in the geographical area of responsibility and creates own action plans;
Manage current business and in a structured way focus on identifying new business/projects in the region CZ/SK
Keeps up the company’s image and positively represents the company on the market
On monthly basis provide the management information related to sales, ongoing projects, opportunities, customers, competitions and other relevant topics.
Acquire relevant knowledge about the market, product portfolio, applications, customers and other related to developing the Agriculture Business.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of sales or relevant working experience
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Result Oriented and Self-motivated
Be to travel 3-4- days / week
Excellent command in written and spoken Czech and/or Slovak, English

Location: Home Office – Czech Republic or Slovak Republic
