Job description, responsibilities and duties

THIS WILL BE YOUR FUTURE TEAM: Our Legal Global Service Center team is a small
family of legal professionals with diverse cultures and languages located in
Prague (Czech Republic). We have the exclusive aim to provide quality legal
support to our Accenture business teams and a variety of internal stakeholders,
mainly in Europe. Every day brings new situations, tasks and challenges. Each
member of our team has his/her own tasks to complete but whenever the situation
requires we support each other or back up our colleagues. We care about our
teammates and like to gather outside of the office for team/company events.

THIS WILL BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE: In your role, you will provide legal support
directly to the commercial teams, to Accenture’s legal team and a variety of
other internal (business) stakeholders mainly situated in the Netherlands (via
skype/email). Your typical work tasks will consist of documenting, reviewing,
drafting and negotiating terms and conditions of various agreements (e.g.
arrangement letters, proposals, software license agreements, NDAs, data
processor agreements). You will guide internal stakeholders in managing
contractual relationships with clients and matters related to compliance by
using your expert knowledge in (local) law and applying the Company
policies/rules and corporate governance.

THIS IS WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE:

* Completed Law Degree
* Fluency (incl. at legal level) of Dutch and English
* A professional, positive attitude
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Preferably min. 1 year of work experience in a private corporation or law
firm, experience with contracting/IT matters is a merit
* Ability to

* review and redline small and medium complex contracts and agreements
* exercise good judgment to apply or support the application of company policy
and procedures in risk mitigation
* set priorities and juggle multiple demand
* to work in a team & independently
