Coach and lead a team of Data Management Specialists in their daily activities and work with the teams to resolve complex issues and make final decisions related to these issues

This position oversees the day to day activities of Data Management Specialists who handle the administration of HR policies, processes and programs including, but not limited to employee and job data maintenance, compensation, employee moves, etc. This position will monitor workflow and supervise, direct, and evaluate staff. This position ensures consistency in data quality and supports resolution of complex, data-related issues and escalations.

▪ Minimum 2 years on a similar position
▪ Experience in a supervisory position or operational management required
▪ Strong working knowledge of Human Resources as a discipline including various functions such as Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, etc.
▪ Fluent English, another European language is an advantage
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to develop and deliver verbal and written communications which convey complex information in a simple, easily understandable manner
▪ Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
▪ Strong interpersonal and team development skills
▪ Focus on customer service
▪ Experience in a supervisory position or operational management required
