Job description, responsibilities and duties
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• You will be responsible for preparing quotations, orders, ensuring correct part numbers and pricing
• You will need to verify accuracy prior to order entry
• You will be chasing outstanding sales orders via purchasing, manufacturing and warehouse if needed
• You will be liaising with Manufacturing/Finance/Shipping/Stores regarding orders and enquiries
• You will be responsible for organising debit/credit notes due to price changes, sales returns, etc.
• You will ensure that administrative procedures meet Company and customer standards
• You will communicate with other functions/facilities within the Company, customers and suppliers as required
