• Advanced spoken English B2 level and higher
• Technical knowledge is an advantage, but not necessary
• Be flexible and willing to work night shifts
• Ability to work in a high pace work environment
• Be patient, empathetic and passionately communicative
What would be your tasks:
• First point of contact for customer incoming calls
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions
• Document customer concerns and interactions
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Cooperating with different departments to resolve customer complaints
