Do you speak French or Italian fluently and also comunication in English isn‘t problem for you? Come and use both and work in mutticultural environment! We have open two position CUSTOMER SUPPORT and TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
What both positions include:
• Every day comunication with B2B partners
• Answering guestions and help with problem solwing via mail, phone, chat
• Work with internal resources to answer customer issues
• Working with customer documentation
In position TECHNICAL SUPPORT you will also provide technical support to B2B customers focused on mobile computers, scanners, printers.
What is needed for this position:
• Advanced French or Italian (B2-C1)
• Communicative English (B2)
• Strong ability to solve problems
• Good comunication skills
• Positive attitude to technology (Technical support only)
• Previous experience with technical/costumer support is an advantage
