Right now we're looking for professionals for position of IT Support / IT Technician with German and English
The successful candidate will be able to:
• 2nd Level Ticket processing/IT-Support in the area of End User Services (Remote)
• Participation in infrastructure projects
• Ensuring the agreed service levels
• Implementation and optimization of existing service processes
• Support in escalation management
What are the "Must-Have" skills?
• Technical experience in on-site service or remote end-user support
• Support of Windows workstations / laptops with software: MS Office, other custom software and production environment, as well as mobile devices (iOS, Android)
• Special knowledge of Windows Client operating systems (Windows 10)
• Special knowledge in the field of local applications (f.e.. MS Office 2016 and Office 365)
• Detailed knowledge of client hardware (Notebooks, Workstations and PCs) and its peripherals
•B2 German (no official certification necessary)
What are "Nice-to-have" skills
• B2 English (no official certification necessary)
• In-depth experience, sensitivity and soft skills for dealing with enterprise level customers
• Experience with Knowledge-Management and Ticketing systems
• Teamwork, proactive actions and escalation in case of problems
• Experience in MacOS and/or Linux (Red Hat / Ubuntu)
