Sr Finance Analyst

Our Financial Operations team is now looking for an experienced, innovative, detail oriented and flexible Sr Finance Analyst whose main responsibility will be to manage complex payment related issues in order to ensure accurate payments for Amazon Vendors in Italy.

The Senior Finance Analysts’ tasks include but are not be limited to:
· Contact proactively by phone or email the vendors of Amazon Italy in order to guide them through our internal processes and ensure accurate processing of their invoices;
· Perform complex root cause analysis on top Vendors' accounts;
· Be the main point of contact for business escalations;
· Initiate online meetings or conference calls with the Vendors in order to address their accounts receivables and accounts payable queries;
· Drive internal process improvements such as accuracy of our payments, Vendor satisfaction, Vendor process education etc.
